Elderly man recovers $750,000.
In January of 2019, the litigators at Jauregui & Associates, P.C. obtained a $750,000 settlement for an elderly man that was dropped by paramedics as he was being moved from a gurney to the ambulance wheelchair. The elderly man suffered injuries to his legs that required surgery.
