$2.65 Million to the surviving children for medical negligence resulting in death of their mother

The firm represented the adult children in a medical negligence wrongful death action for the death of their mother at the hands of an inexperienced surgeon who injured the mother’s common bile duct during a routine elective gallbladder procedure and later, in an effort to undo the previous mistake, injured her hepatic artery leading to the loss of her liver and death.
