In June 2018, Attorneys for Jauregui & Associates, P.C., secured a $250,000.00, settlement after filing  a case on behalf of a condominium owner who sustained injuries to one of his arms when his balcony collapsed under his feet and plummeted to the ground three stories below.  The case had been turned down by another law firm.
